Terminology

Across the site certain condition terms are used, these are new, like new and used these mean:

New

Brand new unused within original packaging or with tags

Like New

Unused but the item may have been removed from packaging at some point, but they have not been played with, sometimes the packaging maybe damaged, this will be noted and described in product descriptions.

Used

The item will have signs of use, described in product description, It maybe missing box or tag.

Payments

All payments are in UK Pound Sterling GBP.  We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Shop payments. All these methods are highly encrypted and secure.

Tracking Orders

After you have placed an order you will be able to check its status at any time, to see whether it’s being prepared, if or when it was sent, etc. Simply log in to "My Account" then click the order that you wish to check.

Stock Availability

Fujisan Toys uses a live stock control system, so product quantities are updated on our website every time an order is made. This means that usually if it says it’s in stock, it is... however, sometimes errors occur, We will contact you and refund payment if we find a stock error promptly by method you paid with. We do not substitute.

All images and logos throughout the site are Fujisan Toys' property and owned by us, any reproduction or use is prohibited unless prior permission is sought.

Security and Privacy

Placing an order online with Fujisan Toys is safe and secure. We do not keep any record of your payment details. You’ll see the secure padlock symbol in your browser window.

We collect certain basic pieces of information that you give us through the website, to allow us to process your order and provide any necessary aftercare. The details gathered are limited to your name, addresses, email address and telephone number. We do not and can not store credit or debit card details.

Fujisan Toys will never share your personal information with third parties.  We do not send spam. In accordance to the GDPR regulations, you can always access, update or remove your personal data by contacting us or logging in online from "My Account"
